Position Summary
The Member Service Representative provides a wide range of transactional and administrative services to members. This role includes assisting members in person, by phone, and electronically, as well as supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Answer member questions regarding accounts, products, and services
Assist members with issue resolution in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
Address membership-related issues and concerns
Provide administrative support, including processing mail, emails, and filing documents
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries
Serve as a backup Member Service Representative at the Romeoville branch as needed
Collaborate with team members and assist in other roles when required

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred (financial institution experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to assist at multiple branch locations

Position Details

Part-time position (18–20 hours per week)
Location: Lockport and Romeoville branches
Credit Union hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. & Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Scheduled Work Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
