We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies. We are SQF Certified selling to food,chemical, and medical industries.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales expansion.
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Experience

Proven experience in account management or business development within the technology sales industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $78,593.78 - $94,650.58 per year
