Duties
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales expansion.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or business development within the technology sales industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
