Senior Subdivision Design Civil Engineer
- Lead planning, design, and development of residential and commercial subdivisions
- Oversee design of infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage systems)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and construction teams
- Develop efficient and sustainable designs
- Utilize advanced engineering software to prepare detailed plans and reports
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Ensure successful project delivery from concept to completion
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
