Must be able to be a good communicator, Have a good attitude, positive, coachable, trustworthy to work alone with the qualities of integrity, honesty and good character to be part of our team. This is a working foreman position.
75% custom residential 25% commercial.
Must have a valid california drivers license, and own Truck with all tools, sawmill, skilsaw,compressor, nail guns etc.
Experienced in, Drywall, electrical, plumbing, Door & Window installation- prehung and mortise to existing drywall, finish carpentry, Cabinets, Case and base, specifically Door and Clad window installation, La cantina experience a plus.
If you have experience on Heavy equipment a bonus, Dirt work, Demo's, excavation, underground, etc. Must be able to drive a 20' trailer towing machines.
7 years experience in residential construction minimum.
Mileage reimbursement, Health Insurance , 401k retirement
