Our esteemed estate planning law firm client is in search of a Trust & Estates Paralegal with at least 2 years of professional experience to join their new office in Newport Beach, CA. We are specifically looking for a paralegal that has experience with trust accountings, probate, and deed recordings (and conservatorships for bonus points).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust/estate accountings, deed recordings, and funding calculations
- Manage trust administration, probate, and conservatorships
- Draft initial versions of trusts, petitions, proposed orders, declarations, and supplements
- File court documents, including e-filing
- Coordinate court appearances and organize case files for hearings
- Act as a liaison with clients, law firms, trustees, settlement brokers, financial advisors, bond companies, court clerks, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in trust & estates law
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Actionstep is a plus!
