As part of our expansion into the Los Angeles and Orange County markets, we are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and guide our installation teams in these areas, ensuring every project is completed with precision and on time.
Position Overview
As the Field Supervisor for EverFence, you will play a key role in overseeing the execution of fencing installations across the LA and OC regions. You will be responsible for managing field teams, ensuring the highest quality of work, and maintaining safety standards across multiple projects. You will serve as the on-site leader, problem-solver, and key point of contact for our clients, all while ensuring that our work aligns with EverFence’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Installation Teams: Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the installation teams in the LA and OC markets. Ensure team members are meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on ongoing projects to ensure adherence to project specifications, local codes, and EverFence's standards. Address any issues immediately to prevent delays or errors.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce all safety protocols and regulations on the job site, ensuring all team members are properly equipped and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Customer Communication: Act as the direct point of contact for clients on job sites, ensuring their needs are met, and any concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of materials, tools, and team schedules to ensure smooth operations. Communicate with project managers to confirm timelines and adjust plans as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Handle unforeseen challenges, such as weather delays or material issues, by adapting and finding practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, time worked, issues encountered, and any changes to the scope of work. Report regularly to project managers on the status of active projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
