Your Role:
As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you’ll take the lead on heavy civil construction projects with a primary focus on mass grading and paving. Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Overseeing all project phases – from pre-construction planning to cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
🔹 Leading project teams, including Project Engineers, field staff, subcontractors, and owner representatives.
🔹 Ensuring project success with full P&L accountability while maintaining top-tier safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 8+ years in heavy civil construction, specializing in large-scale mass grading & paving projects.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
✔ Technical Expertise: Strong background in managing self-performed grading and paving operations.
✔ Caltrans Experience: Preferred but not required.
✔ Software Proficiency: HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, or similar platforms.
