Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will lead and estimate heavy civil construction projects with a focus on mass grading and paving. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving all project phases, from pre-construction planning to cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Managing teams, including Project Engineers, field staff, subcontractors, and owner representatives.
- Delivering project success with full P&L accountability while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in heavy civil construction, specializing in large-scale mass grading and paving projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in managing self-performed grading and paving operations.
- Caltrans Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, or similar platforms.
