Job Summary
We are a full service restoration company/general construction firm. We specialize in damages related to water, fire, smoke, mold, and vandalism. We are a direct repair vendor for many insurance carriers and we service Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. We have a 24-hour emergency service department handling water mitigation, smoke/fire mitigation, temporary shoring/fencing/power, Contents, and board-up services. We are a well-established firm with over 25 years in the industry.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting/positioning of heavy equipment
- Able to work 40+ hours and/or weekends
- Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire
- Assess the extent of damage, develop action plans, and deploy appropriate mitigation techniques to prevent further damage.
- Coordinate and execute water extraction, fire damage restoration, smoke odor removal, and other emergency services as needed.
- Supervise and direct the work of technicians, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain effective communication with the team and coordinators throughout the duration of the emergency project.
- Document all job-related activities, including photographs, moisture readings, and client communication, for reporting and insurance purposes.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
