Previous customer service or office administration experience is required. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, take messages and screen calls in a timely manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, billing information, scheduling, and products
- Provide information regarding medical services. Must understand each type of medical service provided (will train)
- Process customer payments
- Fax, scan, and print documents
- Understand and use of in house system (Navusoft), website, and client portal (will train)
- Enter new clients and maintain accounts using in house system, Navusoft (will train)
- Special Projects when needed/requested
- Assist in daily tasks such as reporting, billing, filing documents, and mailing
- Manage any items or customer calls to be escalated
- Provide support to management and other departments
- Push processes to the team, assist in training and follow up on new processes
- Order supplies, keep supply rooms organized
- Dress in office attire
