Your Role
As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our clients’ operations by delivering expert service, diagnostics, and repairs. You’ll be the trusted advisor they rely on to ensure their systems run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, including package units, split systems, WSHPs, boilers, fan coils, VFDs, and cooling towers.
- System Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance, clean coils, change air filters, and ensure optimal unit operation.
- Component Replacement: Replace key system components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and circuit boards.
- Technical Expertise: Access and navigate building automation systems, adjust parameters on VFDs, and reset alarms.
- Safety Commitment: Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least two years as a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician.
- Certifications: EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required).
- Skills: Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC/R equipment, including WSHPs, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Education: Accredited technical/trade school preferred, along with a high school or college diploma.
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and pass a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license verification.
