Overview:
Delta Homes is an Austin-based small business focusing on maintenance and renovation of investment properties. We are responsible for maintenance of ~1,000 single family rental homes throughout the metro area. In addition, we renovate & resell (flip) 10-15 homes per year.
We are seeking an experienced residential plumber to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and a company provided tools & vehicle.
Responsibilities:
-Complete assigned service calls on a daily basis (clear clogged drain lines, toilet/fixture repairs and replacements, hot water heater repairs and replacements)
-Complete larger plumbing jobs on homes being remodeled (relocate water, gas, sewer lines; replace bathtubs, showers, toilets; tub to shower conversions)
-Occasionally assist other team members with non-plumbing projects (installing ceiling fans, light carpentry, etc)
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with no DUIs in the last 5 years
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and other team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
