Job Title: Estimator
Location: Riverside, CA
Position Overview:
This role includes overseeing estimating processes, training team , and utilizing tools to ensure accurate project costing. Wet piping company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign estimating responsibilities and ensure accurate scope, materials, and labor estimates
- Prepare cost estimates including management services, materials, and construction costs
- Identify risks
- Solicit/ manage subcontractor/supplier pricing
- Budgeting
- Site visits with project management team
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in bidding/ estimating projects
- 5+ years in wet pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- Experience with B2W (Bid 2 Win) and Planswift a plus
- Strong ability to read Civil Plans and understand project deliverables
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $170,000
