Superintendent
Location: Sacramento
Salary: $125K - $140K
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects, with public works experience being a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to minimize delays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Strong background in ground-up and TI projects.
- Public works experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $125K - $140K, depending on experience.

- PTO: 2 weeks annually.
- 401(k) Plan: Eligible for enrollment after one year.
