Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with architects, designers, and specifiers to integrate high-quality materials into their projects.
- Provide technical expertise, product specifications, and application guidance.
- Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and represent the company at AIA, CSI, and industry events.
- Stay ahead of market trends, building codes, and material innovations.
- Generate and maintain business leads while fostering long-term industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, specifications, or related technical sales.
- Proficiency in Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and BIM processes is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
