Product Strategy & Vision
- Craft a daring 3‑year vision and near‑term OKRs that translate market disruption into product advantage.
- Continually scan the competitive landscape, spotting openings before they’re obvious.
- Turn insights into an actionable roadmap that balances rapid experiments with long‑term bets.
Execution & Delivery
- Prioritize ruthlessly—80/20 every backlog, sprint, and release.
- Lead engineering, design, and GTM peers through fast build‑measure‑learn cycles, celebrating learnings as much as wins.
- Hold teams to high standards for quality, security, and speed; delegate details while owning outcomes.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Cultivate lighthouse customers who love being first and will push us to innovate.
- Translate raw feedback into insights that shape roadmap and messaging.
- Evangelize our vision on stage, in analyst briefings, and with the board.
Data Security Leadership
- Embed modern security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) into every design decision.
- Partner with our CISO to keep us audit‑ready and two steps ahead of regulators.
- Stay current on data privacy and sovereignty trends, converting complexity into competitive edge.
Growth & Monetization
- Design packaging, tiering, and usage‑based pricing that reward customer value.
- Align with Sales & Marketing to craft narratives that convert prospects and accelerate adoption.
- Track leading indicators, pivot quickly, and double‑down where traction is proven.
Scale & Culture
- Build and mentor a high‑performance product organization that mirrors your bias for action.
- Instill a culture of candid feedback, ownership, and rapid experimentation.
- Navigate successive funding rounds and headcount growth without slowing velocity.
What you’ve done
- 10+ years leading product in SaaS or cybersecurity, ideally from seed through Series C.
- Proven record of finding product‑market fit, scaling ARR from $0 → $50M+, and earning analyst praise (Gartner/Forrester).
- Deep literacy in modern security and compliance standards.
- Natural storyteller who can simplify complexity for execs, engineers, and customers alike.
- Thrives in ambiguity, loves competing, and wins through relentless execution.
