Join Orion Pictures, the innovative and ambitious movie label within Amazon MGM Studios. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to play a critical role at the heart of a studio dedicated to bold, inclusive storytelling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a deep understanding of the entertainment industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex calendars and schedules with precision, and a passion for film and inclusive storytelling.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior-level executives, ideally in film, television, or a related media environment. They will be self-motivated, resourceful and able to anticipate needs and act with a high degree of autonomy. This person will also uphold a high bar for confidentiality, professionalism and executional excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic executive calendar including meetings, travel and events.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones with high attention to detail.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.
- Organize and maintain files, documents and confidential materials.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Head of Orion and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Support production-related logistics and film festival planning as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, key players, and current events.
- Supply administrative support for Senior Vice President on the team, including managing incoming calls, helping to coordinate schedule, travel and expenses.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- 2+ years of professional experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
