As a Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and agendas
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents
- Conduct internet research to support various projects
- Assist in planning and executing company events
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- High level of integrity and discretion
Salary: $17.75 - $25.00 per hour
