Messa Sync is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Communications Agent to support the internal and external communication efforts of our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage communication channels and materials with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communication materials
- Coordinate messaging across departments to ensure brand consistency
- Support in the preparation of press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations
- Maintain communication calendars and track engagement metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to implement effective communication strategies
- Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns
- Ensure all communications align with company tone and standards
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a communications-related role
