The job
In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for supporting our team members and performing a myriad of people ops functions at our company. This is a valued role at our company, given the importance we place on company culture and team experience.
Day-to-day, you’ll be coordinating team activities, facilitating payroll & benefits, promoting transparency & clarity around our policies, supporting & encouraging teammates, assisting with hiring & onboarding, and navigating all manner of people ops matters. You’ll also be responsible for managing our part-time office assistant.
In addition, you’ll periodically collaborate on new initiatives like enhancing policies & benefits, expanding internal documentation, and making workflows more efficient.
Requirements & Skills
- Relevant knowledge and/or experience. You have exposure to a variety of knowledge areas & situations through your studies and/or past experiences, which have built an understanding of best practices and thoughtful processes.
- Excellent communication. You are adept at communicating clearly and precisely, with both written and verbal communication. You’re a great listener, ensuring people who interact with you feel heard and valued.
- Friendly and approachable. You easily build trust with teammates, with a commitment to honesty and transparency. You value collaboration and have a desire to support others.
- Tech savviness. You have an above-average familiarity with technology, including a variety of tools in the people ops tech stack.

Per our open salary calculator, the starting salary for this position is $60,000 per year.
Other Details
This is a full-time, hybrid role at our headquarters in Spring, TX. You’ll be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, during our flexible working hours. At this time, we are unable to sponsor visas.
