Architectural Designer Role in the Bay Area Infrastructure Organization. You will work on tasks under the guidance of Lead Architect and will be responsible for assisting the team with various day to day activities.
What You'll Do
Support project teams in development of construction documentationUtilizes BIM/Revit in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their componentsInterprets and applies building codes and requirements of other regulatory agenciesDevelops and leads preparation of documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details, models, and renderingsCoordinates building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intentInvolved in project coordination and meetings with team members
What You'll Bring
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent experienceProficiency with Revit1-3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in Tenant Improvement projectsUnderstanding of CA building codes + ADAAbility to learn, adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Expected Compensation
$76,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
