Overview - Graphic Designer
Elevate is hiring a Graphic Designer to collaborate with the San Francisco 49ers on creative projects that support global marketing efforts. This role will focus on developing and editing high-quality visual content for key international markets, including Mexico, the UK, and emerging markets. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms while contributing to the creation of engaging digital and print materials.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit marketing and sales collateral and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite, including asset overviews for sponsorship, partner recap presentations, and collaborating on sponsorable platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, corporate partnerships and local agency teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across global markets and through all materials.
- Support creative needs for Global Markets by developing high-quality visual materials.
- Assist the digital and social media teams by producing designed content and editing game photography.
- Work closely with other creative professionals to generate and amplify unique ideas.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels).
- Design presentation decks for marketing and sales purposes, tailored for diverse international audiences.
- Develop templates and presentations that align with global brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messaging.

Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Examples of prior work showcasing various deliverables, i.e., one-pagers, long-format documents, presentations, infographics, etc.
Required Skills And Experience
- Fluency in Spanish or Arabic is required; proficiency in both is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign & Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Google Suite including Google Slides, Sheets and Documents
- Experience in creating content for social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to adapt designs for different cultural contexts and market preferences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Travel, Working Environment & Physical Demands
- This role may require working flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- This role will be in an office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required to support international events or meetings.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $58,000 - $63,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
