About Hollywood Park
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.
Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.
THE INTERNSHIP
At Hollywood Park, our primary objective for this internship program is to foster emerging talent while developing future leaders of the sports and entertainment industry. This is a paid opportunity for undergraduate juniors, seniors, recent graduates, or master’s degree students who share our passion for creating extraordinary experiences. Interns will work with specific departments at our offices in Inglewood, CA and immerse themselves in a behind-the-scenes experience. By participating in this program, individuals will gain knowledge of the business, establish meaningful connections, and explore exciting career opportunities.
Guest Experience Intern Summary
The Guest Experience intern will provide data analysis to the Guest Experience department regarding part-time event day staff. In partnership with the HR team, the Guest Experience intern will review data and trends regarding exit surveys and design stay surveys for part-time event day staff. Their goal is to provide insight into employee job satisfaction through research and data collection to enhance recruitment and retention of employees.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate focus groups, roundtable discussions, surveys, and other methods to obtain qualitative and quantitative data.
- Summarize data findings by creating visual representations (tables, graphs, decks) and utilize findings to present recommendations to the Guest Experience department, highlighting areas of opportunity.
- Devise an action planning strategy with key stakeholders based on key insights.
- Participate in part-time hiring efforts by supporting orientations and trainings.
- Champion employee recognition and rewards programs by providing hands on support to maintain existing programs, recommend improvements, and implement recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to GX Manager and Sr. Dir of GX as it relates to employees.
- Actively participate in the creation, implementation and delivery of a comprehensive guest experience program that focuses on the consistent practice of our service culture, vision and values by Hollywood Park employees and partners using data gathered from surveys.
- Other duties as assigned.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Gain insight on the relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover
- Identify retention drivers for part-time Guest Experience employees
- Design recognition incentives to reduce turnover with part-time event day staff
- Improving upon the Guest Experience onboarding experience
HOURS & DURATION
- Part-time 25 to 30 hours per week
- Term: June 18 to December 18, 2025

We’d Love To Hear From People Who… - Currently enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, recently graduated, or master’s degree student
- Pursuing a degree in Occupational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Design, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Must be able to travel to the YouTube Theater and SoFi Stadium offices in Inglewood, CA at least 2-3 times per week
- Candidates with the following skill sets will be given special considerations:
- Statistics with the ability to analyze and interpret data succinctly
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel to develop spreadsheets that track key metrics
- Survey design and construction using Likert scales and measuring attitudinal responses
- Ability to present information succinctly to diverse audiences
- Can work in a face paced environment and be able to be flexible in an environment that changes rapidly

COMPENSATION: $20 per hour / $30 overtime
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
