Job Summary
Mackage and Soia & Kyo are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Junior Account Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will report to both the Senior Director of Sales, Mackage US, and the Senior Director of Sales, Mackage Canada & Soia & Kyo North America.
The Junior Account Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales team across both brands. Working cross-functionally, this role will collaborate closely with internal departments and external retail partners to help drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.
What you’ll do
- Develop a strong understanding of our collections, including key features, benefits, target markets & competitive landscape.
- Support sales team in market appointments and follow up with wholesale partners.
- Manage the Soia & Kyo New York market calendar.
- Manage weekly sales performance by customer, compile detailed selling reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Own and manage wholesale digital asset process internally and externally to ensure deadlines are achieved, ongoing communication with status updates.
- Manage copy and VPI turnover to accounts; maintain tracker and report out on missing assets weekly during peak season.
- In season reviews of all account assets to ensure all styles OH are Live & VPIs are aligned with brand aesthetic.
- Conduct store visits & product knowledge presentations with key retailers.
- Manage sample requests for major department stores.
- Partner with Soia & Kyo agents to ensure seamless turnover of assortments and orders; maintain order book.

Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of related wholesale experience.
Technical skills & competencies:
- Takes initiative, extremely organized with the ability to prioritize & multi-task.
- Collaborative & positive team player with a strong interpersonal skill set.
- Experience with Joor and NuOrder (a plus).
- Excellent PowerPoint skills & proficient in excel i.e., v-lookup and pivot tables.
- Ability to travel as needed.
