Our client, a leader in financial & tax software, is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team in Mountain View, CA!
**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As the Executive Assistant, you will support 4 senior leaders across Marketing & Communications teams by managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and cross-functional scheduling, while also playing a key role in internal event planning and team operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to 2 Vice Presidents and 2 Directors
- Expertly manage complex, high-volume calendars with frequent changes and competing priorities
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and handle expense reporting via Concur
- Plan and execute meetings, large team events, and offsites that drive engagement and team cohesion
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and Business Partners across various departments in the organization
- Respond quickly and professionally to email, Slack messages, and last-minute scheduling needs
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency in G-Suite (Google Calendar and Gmail required)
- Familiarity with Concur, Slack, Microsoft Office, and enterprise communication tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to handle ambiguity, manage last-minute changes, and stay composed under pressure
