Orion Metal Exchange, a leading dealer in gold, silver, and other precious metals, is seeking a high-energy Phone Sales Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to qualified prospects and leads.
- Educate potential clients on precious metal investment options, including IRAs and direct purchases.
- Build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and retail investors.
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up to close deals.
- Maintain detailed notes and tracking in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior phone sales experience (financial products, precious metals, insurance, or similar industries a strong plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and time management.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.
