Job Summary
The Brand & Creative Services Manager leads BNBuilders’ visual brand and oversees the creative team responsible for developing companywide design, photo, and video materials. This role also supports the strategy and development of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the company, in addition to ensuring consistent, accurate, and high-quality brand execution across digital, print, and environmental applications. The position works closely with the Communications Manager and other departments to support internal and external initiatives with cohesive visual storytelling.
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $115,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
- Lead companywide creative production and visual brand standards across all media.
- Supports companywide and regional marketing campaign strategy and implementation.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, setting priorities, reviewing work, and supporting professional development.
- Maintain and evolve brand systems, templates, guidelines, and asset libraries.
- Review and approve design, photography, and video deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Partner with the Communications Manager to align visual and written content for major campaigns and announcements across regions and jobsites.
- Provide creative direction for marketing, recruiting, safety, operations, culture, and corporate initiatives.
- Oversee creative vendors, including photographers, videographers, printers, and freelance designers; manage related budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management Specialist to maintain organized and accessible creative archives.
- Develop and deliver brand training, tools, and support for regional staff and internal contributors.
- Monitor design trends and introduce process and tool improvements that enhance team efficiency and output.
- Enforce and track creative performance metrics and brand adoption across offices and jobsites.
- Report creative team workload, priorities, and progress to the Brand & Communications Director.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction, design management, or brand leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, digital and print design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and asset management systems.
- Experience managing creative staff, vendors, and project budgets.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience supporting cross-department stakeholders.
- Background in AEC or professional services preferred.
