Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Senior Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project management tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, managing budgets and schedules, assessing project risks, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will contribute to fostering a collaborative team environment and driving project innovations.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including budget management, timeline oversight, and risk assessment
- Experience in construction methodologies such as design-build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), LEAN, and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Ability to lead diverse teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and maintain effective communication
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Deep understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and sustainability practices
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in technical or commercial sectors
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area market preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
