Wages
:
Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $21.00 - $25.00

Undercarriage and final drives

And more on Caterpillar equipment across construction, agriculture, and earthmoving

Qualifications
:
- High School diploma or GED. High school seniors getting ready to graduate from high school are also eligible to apply.
- Minimum three letters of recommendation.
- Mechanical aptitude test
- Completion of ThinkBIG interview.
