An excellent opportunity for an Estimator with civil construction experience to join a rapidly growing, industry-leading contractor delivering high-value infrastructure and site development projects across Central Florida, with a clear progression path into Preconstruction Management.

This well-established contractor has experienced significant expansion in recent years and has secured a strong pipeline of long-term projects across site development, earthwork, and civil infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Estimator to their highly regarded preconstruction team.
This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for preparing competitive bids and estimates, performing quantity take-offs, pricing materials and subcontractors, and collaborating closely with Project Managers and senior leadership throughout the bidding process.
This role would suit an Estimator or Junior Estimator from a civil construction background looking to develop technically and professionally within a supportive and fast-growing organization.
The Role:
- Preparing estimates, bids, and project submittals
- Performing quantity take-offs using Agtek
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Working closely with Project Managers and field teams
- Attending client and preconstruction meetings
The Person:
- Experience within civil construction estimating
- Knowledge of Agtek and quantity take-offs
- Experience with site development, earthwork, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Motivated to progress and develop within a growing company
