Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Project Manager role located in Belmont, CA. Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience or more in project management. This position will oversee and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing logistics, supervising expediting and inspections, and collaborating with in-house teams to ensure quality and efficiency. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of complex projects
- Experience with Excel, Word and construction management software
required. Experience in Trimble a plus
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to maintain project timelines
- Knowledge and skills in Inspection and compliance with relevant standards
- Understanding of Logistics Management to ensure effective coordination of resources and schedules
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
