As we continue expanding our automation capabilities across data center and infrastructure construction environments, we are seeking an experienced Construction Automation Integration Engineer to support deployment and integration of automation technologies in real-world construction operations.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Automation Integration Engineer to support automation system deployment, integration, and field operational execution across construction, critical infrastructure, and data center environments.
This role focuses on:
- construction automation

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction operations, infrastructure projects, heavy equipment environments, industrial automation, or robotics deployment workflows.
Candidates should be comfortable working in active construction sites and operational environments while coordinating with:

- general contractors
- field teams
- infrastructure stakeholders
to successfully deploy and integrate automation systems in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and operational integration of automation technologies across construction, infrastructure, and critical facility environments.
- Lead onsite deployment, commissioning, integration, and operational support of robotics and automation systems in field construction environments.
- Support automation-enabled construction workflows, including:
- autonomous excavation
- automated loaders
- earthwork operations
- material transportation
- site logistics activities
- Support onsite integration and validation of:
- robotics systems
- sensor systems
- fleet systems
- automation platforms
- Support:
- deployment
- commissioning
- troubleshooting
- onsite validation
- operational issue resolution
- Coordinate with robotics vendors, construction contractors, heavy equipment providers, and field operations teams during deployment and operational execution.
- Drive cross-vendor integration and onsite coordination across automation systems, equipment platforms, and operational workflows.
- Support automation deployment activities related to:
- foundation work
- building construction
- site layout and marking
- field execution workflows
- Support automation-related:
- safety monitoring
- operational quality
- field inspection processes
- Analyze operational performance, utilization, and field execution metrics to:
- identify bottlenecks
- improve efficiency
- optimize automation execution workflows
- Develop and optimize:
- operational processes
- SOPs
- deployment workflows
- escalation procedures
- Support automation deployment and operational troubleshooting in customer environments, active construction sites, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between:
- construction teams
- automation vendors
- infrastructure stakeholders
- field operations teams
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in:
- construction operations
- infrastructure deployment
- industrial automation
- robotics deployment
- heavy equipment environments
- or related field operational environments
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects, infrastructure deployments, or field automation operations.
- Familiarity with:
- robotics systems
- autonomous equipment
- sensor technologies
- fleet systems
- automation-enabled operational workflows
- Experience with automation systems, robotics systems, or field equipment integration.
- Understanding of how to translate construction workflows into automation deployment requirements.
- Familiarity with:
- system integration
- deployment
- commissioning
- troubleshooting

- Strong field troubleshooting and operational execution capabilities.
- Strong project coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup and field operation environments.
- Ability to support frequent onsite travel (50%+), including active construction sites, customer environments, and infrastructure deployment projects.
Preferred
- Experience supporting data center, hyperscale infrastructure, or critical facility construction projects.
- Experience with autonomous construction equipment or construction robotics.
- Experience supporting robotics deployment or infrastructure automation programs.
- Experience coordinating multi-vendor field integration and automation deployment activities.
- Experience with:
