They are in a major growth stage with a health pipeline of projects, they want to keep their family feel and open door policy while promoting within and recruiting for the next division leaders.
In this role you will be based in the Jacksonville office being the go to technical leader, going through true and focussed training to manage multiple industries, dealing with Take offs and utilizing AI software to make accurate and aggressive bids.
The ideal candidate will have experience in either heavy civil or ground up commercial estimating.

The Role:
- Complete accurate bids in order to attain new business
- Deal with takeoffs and all estimating for labor and materials
- Manage projects spanning multiple industries, Ground up commercial, Heavy Civil and Modular
The Person:
- Experience in Estimating
- Analytical, precise and detailed
- Looking for training, learning and future progression
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
