4LEAF, Inc. (4LEAF) is a professional services firm specializing in providing plan review, project inspection, and on-call inspection services to municipal Building and Public Works Departments throughout California, Nevada, Washington, and New England.
The inspector acting as an Owner’s Representative will be responsible for ensuring the contractor’s construction conforms to all project documents including, but not limited to, plans, specifications, shop drawings etc.. for the project.
To be considered for this position the following are required.
- Must be in the San Francisco South Bay area or willing to relocate and be available immediately.
- Min. of 5 years experience as an Owner’s Representative Construction Inspector
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Work responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Inspection of construction operations and activities
- Inspection of traffic control system compliance
- Safety plan conformance
- Contract change order (CCO) review, and analysis
- Water Pollution Control Program (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) enforcement.
- Daily written reports.
- Min. of 5 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of computers, computer applications, and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others).
- Knowledge and experience with principles of effective communication and supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
