Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Train, mentor, and oversee performance of the IT helpdesk team.
Communicate job expectations and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Research and Implement Technological Solutions:
Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business objectives.
Conduct vendor assessments and manage vendor relationships.
Design and deploy new IT systems and services across multiple sites.
Coordinate server updates and ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
- Monitor Daily IT Operations:
Oversee server hardware, software, and operating systems.
Address technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilities Management for Multiple Sites:
Supervise facilities-related IT infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, and physical security.
Collaborate with onsite teams and vendors
Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data.
- Stay Current with Technology Trends:
Continuously update knowledge of technological advancements and best practices.
Integrate new technologies to support company growth and innovation.
- Support Company Policies and Core Values:
Uphold organizational policies and promote company core values in all IT operations.
Occasionally be available during evenings and weekends as required by project or operational needs.
Undertake additional duties as necessary to support IT and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
•3-5 years of experience in IT management with a focus on multi-site facilities management.
•Proficiency in Help/Service desk management, Azure, and Active Directory.
•Strong technical acumen and ability to manage diverse technical responsibilities.
•Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
•Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
Physical and Work Conditions
Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to working overtime to complete assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
