Some of the responsibilities for Asbestos/Lead Laborer include abatement of floor tile, mastic, pipe insulation, transite pipe, popcorn ceilings, fire proofing, lead paint removal, component removal and set up/tear down of containments, among other things.
Skills/ Requirements: 2+ years of experience in asbestos and lead removal. Experience with abatement of floor tile, mastic, pipe insulation, transit pipe, popcorn ceilings, fire proofing, set up and tear down of containment, and knowledge of local and federal asbestos regulations. Applicant must be able to provide most recent asbestos worker certification and asbestos physical. If expired, Casper Company will renew your certifications when hired. Experience in lead/paint removal, component removal with current & valid heavy metal certification or DHS certification is preferred. All applicants must complete and pass a criminal background check.
Entry Level Laborers - with a minimum of 1 year experience in the Haz-Mat industry, with current asbestos certification. If Certificates are expired we can renew the training and certification in Lead and Mold
