Overview:
Summary
The purpose of the Lead IT Lifecycle Services (ITLS) Technician is to oversee and work alongside the ITLS Technicians, while under the guidance and mentoring of the Director of ITLS Operations. The Lead ITLS Technician oversees ITLS Technician activities both in the depot and in the field. This position has contact with customers routinely. This position reports directly to the Director of ITLS Operations.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
- Supervises execution of depot run rate orders and project-based activities, in alignment with Project Coordinator/Manager developed project scope and plan
- Works alongside and guides ITLS technicians and contractors, to process, configure, and QA deployment orders
- Provides technical guidance and leadership to ITLS technicians and contractors
- Assists the Director of ITLS Operations in developing, implementing, and enforcing continual service improvement efforts
- Provides onsite field leadership and support as needed for projects at customer locations
- Supports all ALM processes, including receiving, inspecting and cleaning, and inventory management
- Unboxes and re-boxes, enrolls, images, configures and completes configuration orders
- Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates project technical execution documentation
- Assists Director of ITLS Operations in developing Team training paths, and mentoring technicians throughout the operation
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years supervising/leading a team in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and clearly understand all department statements of work (SOW’s), and all deliverables
- Ability to demonstrate professional behavior and demeanor
- Solid communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel to customer locations for project assistance
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- CompTia A+, Microsoft MCP/MTA/MCSE, PMP/CAPM, ITIL, or equivalent certifications/experience
- Dell Technical certifications
- Microsoft Office certification/skills
- Apple, JAMF (Casper Suite) certification/experience
- Google Admin Console, Meraki, Airwatch MDM certification/experience
- Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Project coordination or management certification/experience

Pay Range
$27.00 - $35.00/hour
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
