Job Description
- Handle personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
- Represent clients at trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations across California
- Prepare pleadings, motions, legal documents, and mediation/trial briefs
- Attend court hearings and manage case deadlines
- Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to achieve favorable results
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of case files in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in California (State Bar admission required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm
- Willingness to travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Passion for advocating for injured clients and seeking justice
