Job Description
- Oversee daily operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions.
- Lead data reporting, tracking, and automation efforts to improve workflow.
- Maintain and upgrade existing data tracking systems.
- Create a dashboard for key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual workload and streamline processes.
- Provide support for customer service as needed, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with education provider requirements and legal standards (CA State Bar, HRCI, SHRM, etc.).
- Manage financial functions, including budget performance, subscription management, and sales tax compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to oversee campaigns and develop outbound strategies.
- Administer marketing software and automate customer engagement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in finance, marketing, and compliance.
- Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer platforms (e.g., Intercom).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
