Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and recruit a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
Skills
- Proven experience in door-to-door or customer service sales
- Knowledge of energy sales, solar sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead a team and drive results
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customers
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
