We’re looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to help maintain cleanliness and organization on active construction sites. This role includes daily cleanup, moving materials, and assisting trades as needed to keep the project running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities
Perform general site cleanup (sweeping, debris removal, trash collection)
Move and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment
Assist with unloading deliveries and setting up work areas
Keep walkways and work zones clear of hazards
Handle ladders, scaffolding, and other site equipment safely
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
Support site supervisors and trades with general labor tasks

Requirements
Previous construction or labor experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and perform physically demanding tasks
Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must follow all job site safety policies and wear PPE at all times
