Responsibilities
Conducting virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
Developing comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to various roles within the company.
Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and customize content accordingly.
Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
Facilitating workshops to enhance soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Maintaining up-to-date training documentation and resources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in training, onboarding, or related roles within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing others.
Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using training software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with diverse teams and build collaborative relationships.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.
