Dover-Eyota High School is seeking a secretary/ administrative assistant for our High School and Middle School Main Office. This full-time position is for 8 hours per day approximately 225-235 days per school year.

Job Objective: The Main Office secretaries support the day-to-day workings of the school. This includes general clerical support, managing calendars, maintaining student records, office reception and welcoming visitors, managing attendance, and supporting the principals and other building staff.
Required Qualifications/ Skills:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Strong work ethic, high ethical standards, self-confidence, good time-management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening skills

Positive, professional, and collaborative with others

Performance Responsibilities:

Responsible to be knowledgeable about all district policies and procedures

Support the work of principals to maintain an efficient office

Monitor staff absences and ensure substitute coverage

Dover-Eyota is a vibrant public school district located 12 miles east of Rochester, Minnesota.
