Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer experienced in waterproof deck coatings such as westcoat or life specialty coatings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in using power tools. Able to install metal flashing and lathe. Must be familiar and experienced with these types of coatings. This role involves working on-site to install a variety of materials and finishes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Perform installation tasks including plywood, flashing, lathe and waterproof coatings.
- Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various installation projects.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks with precision to enhance the aesthetic appeal of installations.
- Apply caulking and ensure proper sealing of joints to prevent water damage.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site management to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
- Follow all safety protocols while working on-site to minimize risks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Skills in welding, trim carpentry, plumb work, caulking, and flooring installation are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
