Landscape Construction Laborer & supervisor positions:
I’m looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and professional landscape construction worker to join our team. Must have a few years of construction experience with credible work references. Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work every day, Monday through Friday. On time, every day. Must be Bi-lingual. We are a fully licensed and insured business that pays bi-weekly and offers holiday pay on all the major holidays (Christmas, thanksgiving and 4th of July) as well as bonuses and overtime pay.

Experience/duties:
Some of the listed skills/job duties necessary for the position are as follows- understanding the installation process of the following: Decomposed granite pathways, low voltage landscape lighting, irrigation of all kinds, copper soldering, back flow prevention devices, irrigation valve manifolds, irrigation timers, interlocking paver patios, flagstone patios and pathways, concrete foundations, finished concrete, cmu block walls, stone veneer, stucco, horizontal panel wood fences, large tree installation, heavy equipment operation, laser transit operation etc.
Construction Supervisor: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping projects and ensure the successful execution of various tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of landscape construction practices. This role requires effective communication with team members and clients alike, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate landscape installation projects, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for landscape construction and safety protocols.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Work alongside crew on projects as their manager to help achieve a productive and efficient job-site in order to complete tasks in a quick and efficient manner

Landscape Maintenance Laborer and Crew Lead Positions:
I’m looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and professional landscape maintenance worker to join our team. Must have minimum 3 years professional gardening/ landscape maintenance and plant care experience with work experience references. Must know the basics of how to operate all types of gardening power tools. Must be comfortable working on ladders up to 10’ tall. Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work every day, Monday through Friday. On time, every day. Must have an understanding of rose care and trimming including dormant rose pruning. Must have an understanding on shrub care and pruning. Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely. Preferably bi-lingual although not a dealbreaker. We are a fully licensed and insured business that pays bi-weekly and offers holiday pay on all the major holidays (Christmas, thanksgiving and 4th of July) as well as bonuses and overtime pay.

Project Estimator Position:
I am looking to add someone to the team who is interested in the fundamentals of running a landscape contracting business. This position requires many years of professional landscape installation, construction and management experience. I am looking to bring someone onto the team to assist me in the sales and estimating process. I’ve reached a point in my business where I am struggling to get estimates out fast enough to potential clients due to the volume of inquiries. This position would be for someone with experience in generating landscape project estimates as well as direct project sales with the consumer. I see this position as a part time position, although it could easily grow into a full time position for someone looking to take on more managerial duties. The hourly wage/salary on this position is negotiable.
Experience:
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and methodologies is required.
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors.
- Experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on landscape development.
- Proficient in using software tools for project management and documentation.
- Experience with outside sales of landscape projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.50 - $35.00 per hour
