Armed Security Guard Position – On Call

Metropolitan Protective Service Inc. (MPSI) is actively recruiting for the role of an On Call Armed Security Officer. Necessary Qualifications:

Valid Maryland Wear and Carry Permit
Valid Driver's License
Willingness to work overnight shifts
Maryland Guard Card Credentials

Compensation:

Starting at $20/hour

Responsibilities:

Patrol premises to maintain order and establish presence
Monitor surveillance systems and inspect property to ensure the protection of personnel
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
Report suspicious activities and manage incidents within the scope of authority
Direct traffic and assist in creating a safe environment for the public
Record detailed and accurate reports of daily activities
Maintain and troubleshoot security equipment to ensure functionality
