- In-office position (no remote options)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p, 1 hour lunch
- No weekends
Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Branch Service Manager, the Service Coordinator acts as an extension of our field service operations. This position is responsible for processing of work orders for all customers for the branch location and entry of applicable data in operating systems to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing of the work of our field service technicians.
Job Duties (Including, but not limited to):
- Review completed work orders for each division of the branch regularly throughout the day.
- Monitor and manage WIP (Work in Progress) by updating work order notes and utilizing appropriate status codes.
- Invoice work orders and close in business system (EBS).
- Close and invoice scheduled maintenance work orders, and update SM Masters.
- Verify that all work order information is accurate and work with Service Technicians to resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate parts management with the Parts Department.
- Act as a liaison between other departments within the organization.
- Assist in closing SAP customer work orders and support other service functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Residence in the local geographic area
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills
- Advanced data entry skills are required.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask (including use of two monitors & multiple programs to facilitate data transfer).
- Internet navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both as part a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
