We are family owned and operated Water/Fire Damage Restoration company located in Orangevale. We are seeking two technicians to add to our amazing team. We need an experienced project manager with experience in the restoration/mold abatement field. We are seeking a second position that is less experienced. Experience in the trades is encouraged. We have licensed and certified professionals who can provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration and cleaning tasks in various settings, including fire-damaged buildings, water-damaged properties, and mold-infested areas.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to restore and rebuild damaged structures.
- Conduct water damage restoration, including extracting water, drying affected areas, and preventing further damage.
- Handle asbestos abatement and mold remediation projects, ensuring safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Clean and sanitize affected surfaces, including carpets, upholstery, and other materials.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during restoration projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment for restoration work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and restoration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during projects.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
