Job Summary

I manage paid ads (meta/google), landing pages, email campaigns, (go high level), and provide social media content creation / management (opus, sked, canva, premiere pro).

I help businesses create irresistible offers (big hormozi fan) and I come up with the marketing strategies.

I partner with industry experts and create/sell courses/communities. I also serve small businesses, though I am heavily focused on particular niches.

I currently am spread thin, with big meetings coming up in the new year. I am taking applications now, in preparation for expanding and scaling my agency in 2025.

Requirements

You don't need to be a master of all the areas above, but you need to be highly proficient in at least one of the areas
You do need to be passionate about marketing - if you're not passionate about this, it won't be a good thing for either of us
I don't mind training and educating, but you MUST be self-motivated, and accountable. You'll be working from home and have A LOT of flexibility. Other than preset zoom meetings, some required work during the day, I don't care what hours you work, as long as the timelines and goals are met.

Income related

Income is going to obviously depend on the number of hours you are available.

This would start as a 1099 opportunity. Right now I have immediate need for part time work. Come February I will have full time work. Open to contract work, but I'm realllllly looking for someone I can build into the team for the long term. You should expect to remain 1099 at least through 2025.

This is a start up. As you can probably tell, this is anything but "corporate"
