Job Role: As a Sales director for our Maintenance Division called Home Care Concierge, you will be the driving force behind expanding our maintenance services to a wide range of clients. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Functionally this means you will be attending HOA meetings throughout the county, joining networking groups in different areas of San Diego, working with property managers, Real estate agents and creating marketing opportunities, such as "lunch and learns" to educate consumers about the Vanberg Home Care Concierge Program Please do not apply if you're not highly proficient in these sales activities and please include your LinkedIn ID if you have a profile there

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our maintenance services.
Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our maintenance offerings.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Division team to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets, and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
A self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Prior experience in the remodeling and/or construction industry is very desirable
